REFLECTING WITH CAROLINA HERRERA

We recently partnered with Carolina Herrera for the launch of Good Girl and to present our newest custom activation, Mirror/Mirror. Good Girl represents a blend of light and dark, good and bad. Good Girl begs the question: Who’s the baddest one of all? Mirror/Mirror is the response to the call for photos of ourselves, as seen by ourselves. 

Step into the smart-mirror infinity room and Mirror/Mirror photographs you with a professional  digital single-lens reflex camera. Float in an infinite limbo of reflection. Because we use the most cutting-edge compact LED lighting technology instead of filament bulbs, we are able to hide the lights and camera out of sight behind our smart mirrors. The result? The greatest, most shareable selfie in the world. Using our proprietary cloud sharing technology, your photo can be instantly texted, emailed, or tweeted direct from our custom sharing app. 

SPORTS WITH TORY BURCH

Smilebooth took the Animated GIFbooth to the Tory Sport Flatiron NYC opening party last week so everyone could show their team spirit! Along with a special themed animated overlay, the new performance activewear by Tory Burch provided plenty of reasons to celebrate!

GAP #NOTHINGBUTDENIM AT SXSW 2016

GAP had Smilebooth bring our Animated GIFbooth out for an activation at one of their official sponsorship events for SXSW this year. They commissioned a live art piece to be created the night before and used that as the backdrop for the GIFbooth. Big thanks to Yoon Hyup for his "The Sound of Blue Jeans" backdrop, created to celebrate Gap’s heritage in denim and music.

DOEN COLLECTIVE LAUNCH PARTY

Congrats to the ladies of the Doen Collective on their launch and beautiful new clothing brand. If you haven't checked out the collection yet, do it now! The always creative YOA Productions had us out at the Chateau Marmont this week to help Doen celebrate with the Animated GIF Smilebooth...

EVERLANE: ROAMING PHOTOGRAPHER

Our lovely client, Everlane, opened a new space and showroom in San Francisco this past week and had us out to capture the celebration. A Smilebooth Roaming Photographer wandered throughout the event to take candid and posed photos, which were then able to be shared from our Social Sharing Station via social media. The nice white walls of Everlane's space also provided the perfect place to project the photos taken by our photographer so everyone could see.

Oscars Red Carpet Animated GIFs with ChapStick + BCBG

All Oscar parties should have a red carpet... ChapStick and BCBG teamed up for this viewing party, hosted by Lubov Azria, CCO of BCBGMAXAZRIA. They bought Smilebooth in to make the guests feel like they were walking into the actual Oscars with camera flashes and a red carpet backdrop to set the scene for their animated GIF. Guests were then able to share their GIFs from our custom iPad app with the hashtags for the event.
