Job Description: Smilebooth is looking for a competitive sales representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. You will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas by pitching and selling custom / large scale activations. Tasks Include:

Overview:
Our NYC team is looking for a Production Manager to join Smilebooth’s largest market. The Production Manager’s role is to safeguard all events across the Eastern seaboard. You will also work closely with the NYC sales team to aid in client pitches by demonstrating our ever-evolving capabilities and developing budgets for custom activations and builds.
Responsibilities:
You will manage the staff, hardware and software to execute the shoot and preside over the post-production deliverables to our client. It will be your responsibility to holistically know the capabilities of Smilebooth’s proprietary software and hardware.
Ongoing Responsibilities:
Ensuring all equipment is in proper working condition
Inventory tracking
Ordering supplies need for events and office purposes
Coordinating logistical needs with other markets
Participating in new software release testing and training of staff
Maintaining the organization of the office
Monthly equipment audits
Weekly expense reporting
Approval of operator time sheets
